Our purpose
Closed Loop
Intelligence
See what a decision will demand—before you commit.
CLI exists to make the cost, work and consequences of a commitment visible—and keep the learning after it.
Hospitality. Hotel operations. Career decisions.
See the whole commitment.
Put cost, capacity and workload in the same decision.
Keep people in control.
Make evidence and limits visible. Keep judgment human.
Learn from what happens.
Compare results with assumptions. Return reviewed lessons.
The closed loop
Keep the context from the first decision to the next.
A quote, an approval or an application is not the end of the story. CLI's approach keeps the original assumptions connected to action, actual results and human-reviewed learning.
This is the shared design approach. Available functions and data connections vary by implementation.
Our approach- 01
Decide
Bring the relevant evidence, constraints and tradeoffs together.
- 02
Execute
Carry the chosen plan into the work and its handoffs.
- 03
Measure
Compare actual results with what was expected.
- 04
Review
Explain what changed and judge what the evidence supports.
- 05
Return
Carry approved lessons into comparable future decisions.
The product family
Different applications. A consistent way to decide.
CLI builds decision software that brings costs, capacity and evidence into one workflow, then connects the decision to actual results and reviewed learning.
Choose an implementation built around your work. Each has its own workflow and availability.
Start with the decision in front of you.
See the decision, not just the dashboard.
Three beta implementations. Real product captures, with demonstration data labeled separately from customer results.
01 / Hospitality decisions
BetaChefQuote
Is this work worth taking—and can we deliver it?
Bring scope, food cost, labor, logistics, cash timing and operating capacity into the decision before work is committed. Then compare the plan with actual results and review what should change next time.
Caterers, private chefs, private-dining teams and restaurant operators.
Explore ChefQuoteCatering: from scope to reviewed memory
Saved ChefQuote development build. Sample catering scenario, not a customer result or a current live capture.
Establish the customer promise, guest count and service burden.

Keep food cost, yield and inclusions attached to the job.

Inspect the prep, service and support assumptions before changing the plan.

Review the changed labor inputs before accepting their effect on the quote.

A $4,525 sample quote is flagged underpriced. The separate $4,650 audit suggestion has not been applied or approved.

Keep customer-facing output separate from the internal owner record.

Compare the estimate with sample revenue, cost, labor and variance after service.

Keep the proposed lesson, evidence and human decision separate from applying working values.

This saved example covers the catering lane. Restaurant and separate feedback examples are not shown. Supported workflows and current access are confirmed separately.
02 / Property-wide decisions
BetaHotel Operations
Does this commitment work for the whole property?
Review a group, event or service commitment across rooms, food and beverage, staffing, readiness and owner economics—then follow the decision through handoffs and outcome review.
Hotel owners, general managers and cross-department operating teams.
Explore Hotel OperationsHotel: from demand to reviewed result
Captured from the live Hotel Operations guided tour on 5 October 2026. Canyon Pool Resort is a synthetic scenario, not a customer result.
Set the stay pattern, accountable owner and guest promise.

Keep reviewed, stale and missing sources visible together.

Test demand against sellable rooms, rate and channel cost.

Three departments are ready; facilities remains an open release condition.

Attach the facilities condition to the general manager's selected call.

Carry the selected call into role-specific handoffs.

Compare sample actual room revenue with the frozen forecast before assigning a cause.

Accept, adjust or reject the proposed lesson before reuse.

Eight public guided-tour stages captured. Protected live operating views are not represented as verified integrations.
03 / Opportunity decisions
BetaCareer Decision
Which opportunities deserve my time and follow-through?
Bring opportunity discovery, qualification evidence, personal constraints, relationship paths and follow-through into one workspace—without treating unknown facts or prepared actions as completed work.
People managing an active job search and career decisions.
Explore Career DecisionCareer: from evidence to outcomes
Captured from the live Career Decision public walkthrough on 5 October 2026. Candidate, employers, relationships and results are illustrative demo data, not a real person's records.
Prioritize a justified next action rather than every discovered opening.

Keep dated experience, evidence and unresolved travel constraints visible.

Separate employer-verified openings from unverified or excluded leads.

Check required qualifications against evidence; travel remains unresolved.

A relationship path can inform priority, not change qualification.

Review claims against the evidence snapshot. The illustrated 28% outcome is demo data, not a CLI customer result.

Prepared work is not an application. Record progress only after the event occurs.

Review the illustrated outcomes without treating a small sample as proof of causation.

Eight public walkthrough dashboards captured. These are site-authored walkthrough screens, not screenshots of a signed-in customer workspace.
In development
More applications in development.
We are exploring the same decision discipline in additional operating environments. These implementations are pre-beta and are not presented as generally available products.
Why CLI exists
Built from operating experience.
A commitment creates work, uses capacity and affects people. CLI began with a practical question from hospitality and operations: how do you judge a choice when its consequences extend beyond the moment it is agreed?
Our mission is to make the full commitment visible, keep the decision connected to what happens in practice, and carry reviewed experience into the next decision.
Why we built CLIThe decision stays human.
Evidence informs the choice. Human review determines which lessons deserve to return.
Questions
Common questions.
What does Closed Loop Intelligence build?
CLI is developing decision-support software. ChefQuote focuses on hospitality, Hotel Operations on property-wide commitments, and Career Decision on an individual's search and follow-through. Six further applications are in development.
Can I use a product today?
ChefQuote, Hotel Operations and Career Decision are Beta. The other six implementations are Pre-beta. Tell us which workflow interests you so we can confirm current access, supported functions and the next appropriate step. Beta status does not mean general availability or a shared account.
Do the products share one account or my data?
No shared account, subscription or automatic cross-product data flow is offered by this company site. Each implementation has its own users, access and data boundaries.
Are these customer results?
No. The images are real implementation captures using sample or synthetic scenarios. Captions identify the source and limits. The examples show decisions to review, not measured customer outcomes or guaranteed results.
