CLI began with a practical question from hospitality and operations: how do you judge a commitment when its cost, workload and consequences extend beyond the moment it is agreed?
A hospitality quote means preparation, purchasing and service. A hotel commitment affects several teams. A career opportunity has to be weighed against personal priorities and the work of following through. The setting changes; the need to understand what a choice will demand remains.
That is the reason for CLI. We are building decision-support tools that keep the reasoning behind a choice connected to the people carrying it out, the outcome they observe and the lessons they choose to keep.

Not every choice has a certain answer. The purpose is to give human judgment a clearer basis: what is known, what is assumed, what remains uncertain and what the work will require.

These three implementations are Beta. Six further implementations are Pre-beta. Their common purpose is a decision discipline, not a promise that every function is available everywhere. Each product has its own users, access and data boundaries.
Our ambition is useful decision support in the real work of a team or an individual. The product examples show the direction through actual implementation captures and labeled sample scenarios, not claimed customer results.
