An inquiry starts a conversation. It does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing.
Information You Share
The company contact form collects your name, email, optional organization, implementation interest and message. It also records the originating page, any campaign parameters included in your visit, the privacy notice version, a request identifier and receipt time. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential customer files or sensitive personal records.
How Inquiries Are Used
We use this information to understand your request, review the relevant implementation and respond or follow up. Inquiries enter our existing private shared sales CRM for manual review. Sending an inquiry does not automatically qualify a lead, enroll you in a campaign, provision product access or combine your product accounts.
Hosting and Protection
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes network requests needed to serve it. The contact form sends inquiries through a server-side connection to our CRM, where inquiry content is encrypted at rest. Short-lived rate-limit records use hashed identifiers derived from the requesting IP address and supplied email. The inquiry handler does not log message contents.
We have not added advertising pixels, session replay or marketing analytics to this hub. The form does not save inquiry contents in browser localStorage. Hosting infrastructure may process routine network and request information for delivery and security. No security measure eliminates every risk.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained for review, response and relevant follow-up. An automatic inquiry-deletion schedule is not currently enabled. Expired inquiry rate-limit records are cleared on subsequent requests. You can ask us to review, correct or delete information you supplied; retention may still be necessary for an ongoing relationship or applicable obligations.

Contact Closed Loop Intelligence, LLC through the company contact form and identify your message as a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Individual Products
This notice covers the company website and its inquiry form. Each implementation has its own access, data and operational boundaries; its applicable notices and terms are reviewed separately. The hub does not provide a shared product login or merge product records.
